A one-day symposium organised by BirdWatch Ireland, RSPB, British Trust for Ornithology, and University College Cork. Hosted by the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) in association with Dublin City of Science 2012.
This event will be of interest to all birdwatchers, ecologists, conservationists, environmental researchers and managers, consultants and decision-makers throughout Ireland. The conservation of habitats is the key to protection of the bird populations in Ireland. This symposium will give delegates an overview of the most recent and comprehensive information on the subject and will provide a vital resource for the future.
