Title: Tray Sealing Machine
Abstract: The Macine we are looking for is as follows:
- Fully automatic tray sealing machine for use with meat products. TO seal D13 trays size 235MMX160MM varying depths is 30MM to 130MM of material OR/APET/PE and also aluminum trays 30MM to 130MM in dept.
With varying top films and the option of using printed film. Trays need to be gas flushed to excess of 90% artificial atmosphere with the assistance of vacuum.
Two gas types are to be used depending on the product being packed. Changing the gast must be incorporated into the design of the machine in order to avoid waste or excessive downtime.
The machine needs to have a loading area on the infeed of at least 1000MM of the open space. All the frame and exposed parts of the mchine need to be in 316grade stainless steel and need to incorporate and easily clean design.
The Machine must offer the option of easily changing the sealing mould and all quotes must include the cost of additional moulds.
The Machine must also include the option of skin packaging on trays size 235MM x 165MM to a dept of 40ml. There must be full adhesion across the tray surface and also the option aloowing the products to protrude up to 20MM above the surface of the tray. Skin packaging must be easily changed to without the need for excessive downtime.
All quotes must include the cost of installation commissioning and training of staff in the use of the machine with set up and training to be detailed. The ability to service and prompt breakdown servfice must be detailed.
