HTA Catering Conference 2017

The HTA Catering Conference is designed to inspire and support garden centres with catering operations by tapping into catering best practice from inside and outside the sector. It brings together garden centre owners, garden centre managers, catering managers, and supervisors, together with industry specialists and those that have made changes within their own garden centres.
This year’s program provides an opportunity to reflect on where garden centre catering has come from, tackle key areas of strategic and operational interest, identify ways in which catering operations can stand out and find out about new trends and developments in the future.

Anyone involved in garden centre catering please take note of the date of this year’s HTA Catering Conference …a piece of cake? The two-day conference, addressing key areas impacting on garden centre catering, takes place on 13-14 June 2017 at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield. The day one focus will be on strategy and operations and day two on food – making it an ideal opportunity to send different members of staff on each day to suit. With an evening dinner and exhibition from suppliers across the industry, there are ample opportunities for networking with other like-minded operators and share learning and ideas.
