Title: Leades House Walking Trails - To develop the existing walking trails with new surfacing, signage and new parking area. Works to be carried out on boundary walls and provide new automated gates. 
Abstract: To carry out tree removal and clearance works on existing vegetation and other debris in which to develop a bus and car parking area. Provide surfacing for parking area and supply and erect automated boundary gates and pay and display machine. Demolish part of an existing stone wall and make good. Provide a surface for wooden play equipment (no critical fall issue with specification of play equipment) and install play equipment. Cut back existing vegetation close to footpaths and resurface paths with gravel blinding. Make up new sections of footpath and surface accordingly. Provide and erect signage, way markers, information boards and benches along the walking trails. Provide railings to old Kiln site and replace railing on existing wooden bridge. Supply and erect agricultural gate to boundary and provide and install kissing gates for pedestrians along footpaths. Supply and plant hedging to perimeter of car park and supply and plant tree planting to the edge of play area.
