Paul Sexton Garden Centre at Glen of the Downs in County Wicklow is offering an opportunity to start a new business or expand an existing one. A number of licences are available to garden and horticulture related businesses. The whole site covers 8 acres in total and the owners are open to any and all ideas that fall within the planning designation for the site which is quite varied. The garden centre and existing concession businesses are have already been operating successfully for many years with one business Loghouse currently expanding its operation.

Paul Sexton & Co. Garden Centres are a long established and well respected garden centre business with two branches until quite recently; the 8 acre site at the Glen of the Downs, County Wicklow and another smaller site in the affluent area of Cornelscourt. The Cornelscourt branch has been recently leased to the expanding Horkans chain. Paraic Horkan from Horkans recently said “We are delighted to be given the opportunity to open our new 'Boutique' garden centre in Dublin, we are committed to delivering excellent standards, customer service and continuing the family business ethos set by Paul Sexton for over forty years".

Paul has decided that the best way to move forward and improve the development of the Glen centre is to sell a limited number of licences that will improve the overall offering to the existing customer base and also to broaden the centres appeal to the huge passing trade between Dublin and Wicklow. It has the added advantage that its location at a junction means that traffic in both directions can easily access the garden centre and concessions.

Reinvesting and improving the centre along with an ongoing marketing programme that will make it more visible in on-line searches as well as the excellent location make this an opportunity not to be missed.

If like Horkans you see the opportunity in associating with the established Paul Sexton brand - Contact the man himself Paul Sexton ***Now*** to find out more on (01) 2876669 or email: senansexton@hotmail.com
