Peter Donegan talks to Gary Graham, head honcho of Bloom-In-The-Park. This isn't the first time we've been to Bloom, nor will it be our last.

This is a two-part interview and in the first of the series they discuss the childhood of Bloom, which is as Gary describes, "still a baby" compared to the RHS Chelsea. However the affiliation with Bord Bia means that it's far more than just horticulture focussed displays, and he explains this in greater detail.

In the second interview Gary discusses the obstacles facing garden designers, how hard it is to get support and sponsorship. He also talks about the camaraderie between designers on site.
