One goal for the Aviva Final…STRI News

…and congratulations to FC Porto on their win, but we are not referring to the goal scored by Falcao at the Europa League Final recently. The one goal we are referring to is the focus of the STRI team to ensure the pitch was in good condition for the match at the Aviva Stadium.

A run of bad weather earlier in the year, combined with a full calendar of events had affected the pitch performance and we have been working closely with the Aviva Stadium team to improve the playing qualities of the pitch, ready for the big match.

It has been a real team effort with STRI working closely with the grounds staff and management to ensure we got a good result and achieved our goal of delivering a good quality pitch.
